So delighted with this waggon ,which I bought for my grandchildren.Its great to be able to buy from a family firm,who make such high quality items.The wooden sides make it safe for little ones,and mean it can take lots of toys ,cushions and blankets too.Then the older children fill it with branches when they like to help in the garden .It's really easy to pull around on the lawn and manoeuvres very well.Its just the best waggon and will last for years,so it's great value too.Thank you so much and I have to mention your lovely video ,your dog is very like our one,was so I'm sure he would have enjoyed it too.
We needed a trolley to move materiel around the garden; spreading the load. TheToby Wagon, with its’ four wheels fulfilled that. Construction is sound, although I’ve fitted four strengthening brackets. That is to protect from marauding grandsons. There had been a production problem with the pulling handle; the after sales was [absolutely] fantastic. The handle was replaced in days. Well done Toby Wagons, I will certainly be recommending your services.

Bought a Toby Wagon primary for travelling to the beach from school (about half a mile distance), carrying all the gear and small children, up and down hills. We had a small problem with damage to one of the wood panels upon delivery. I immediately contacted the company. The same day I had an email and a personal phone call from a lovely man called Derek, who apologised for the damaged and promised to send out a new one straight away. True to his word, not just one but a whole set of panels arrived a few days later. I also mentioned some small dents that had been caused by poor packaging. Derek told me that they were in the process of sorting this out and asked what they could do . He could not have been more helpful or lovely. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Wagon itself is brilliant. My children wouldn't climb out of it the first time we put it together. Really easy to maneuver and so capacious.
Lange hab ich einen Bollerwagen fr meine Tochter gesucht. Vor ein paar Jahren hatte ich bereits den klassischen Holzwagen mit Stahlrohrgestell. ber die Suche zum Radio Flyer gekommen und dann den Toby Wagon Offroad entdeckt. Nach der Beschreibung und den Bilder auf der Hersteller-Homepage war ich berzeugt, dass ist der Richtige. Leider gibt es ihn bei Amazon nur in rot, die Homepage zeigte jedoch eine Pink Version.
Also mal eben Derrick Bell den Owner angeschrieben. Eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin Julie Webster antwortete mir schnell auf deutsch, obwohl die Firma in Irland sitzt. Nachdem ich meinen Wunsch geuert hatte, konnte ich sogar die Zahlung per Paypal durchfhren. Ein absolut super Kundenservice! ??????????
Nach nur drei Tagen kam das Paket von der Insel per UPS bei mir an. Doppelte Kartonvepackung, sehr stabil. Der Wagen wird komplett in Einzelteilen zerlegt geliefert. Man bentigt nur noch eine Zange, Kreuzschlitzschraubedreher und einen Ring-oder Maulschlssel, schon kann der Wagen zusammengebaut werden. Eine Anleitung liegt nicht bei, bentigt man aber auch nicht, da alles einfach logisch zusammensetzbar ist. Zur Erleichterung gibt es dennoch ein Tutorial bei YouTube.
Absolutes Highlight und bei mir Kaufentscheidend sind die Rder. Metallfelgen Luftbereift mit Doppelkugellager. Halt eben nicht die einfache Gleitlager oder Nadellager von Plastikreifen wie sonst bei allen anderen Bollerwagen .
Die Wanne wird zustzlich durch Holzbracken erhht. Diese sind aus abgerundet Holzleisten wie sie bei Matrazenrahmen verwendet werden hergestellt. Sie sind sogar auf die Halterleisten geschraubt.
Der Zusammenbau bentigt nicht mehr als eine halbe Stunde
