Bought a Toby Wagon primary for travelling to the beach from school (about half a mile distance), carrying all the gear and small children, up and down hills. We had a small problem with damage to one of the wood panels upon delivery. I immediately contacted the company. The same day I had an email and a personal phone call from a lovely man called Derek, who apologised for the damaged and promised to send out a new one straight away. True to his word, not just one but a whole set of panels arrived a few days later. I also mentioned some small dents that had been caused by poor packaging. Derek told me that they were in the process of sorting this out and asked what they could do . He could not have been more helpful or lovely. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Wagon itself is brilliant. My children wouldn't climb out of it the first time we put it together. Really easy to maneuver and so capacious.

I bought a Toby Wagon for my little one this year, and have found the wagon to be one of the best additions to our household. Bar the magical and adventure element it brings, of having a real red wagon "Dennis the Menace" style to our home, it has entertained many a use so far, from acting as a great general transport system that the kids get excited to come around in, to my daughters favourite use in taking it, the teddies (multiple) and of course a picnic for a day out in the "woods". Thanks Toby Wagons, looking forward to trips to the beach in it this Summer, sun or not, we will have great fun with it.

Definitely the best toy I had bought for the family. Super strong and great for carrying anything. Hours of fun. The handle fits under the wagon and wood is solid and still perfect after a year. The assembly video on YouTube was great. Everyone who sees it wants one. Thanks

My Grandchildren are delighted with the Toby Wagon and have been using it for a variety of activities round their ( large ) garden from riding in it to collecting fallen apples. The large tyres mean it can move between lawn, hard paths and orchard without difficulty. The only snag appears to be that all visitors have to pull my grandson around until they expire from exhaustion or he gets tired!

good, well made product but no instructions as how to put it together - had to look on youtube to find similar type waggon and hope this was put together in the same fashion.

Great little wagon

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Service was superb, delivery was fast and efficient. Assembly was clear and straightforward. The wagon itself was a smash hit, it is such an adaptable little toy/wagon/cart! The kids thought Christmas had come all over again. Highly recommended in all respects.
